In the stillness of Umbria, on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, Lamano was born from a family vision: to transform an ancient gesture into a contemporary language of beauty.
In 2018, Christian Fioroni began a journey beyond fashion and beyond time. Raised beside his father Palmiro, one of Italy’s most refined knitwear makers, and inspired by his mother Silvana, guardian of the sensitivity required to treat noble fibers, Christian inherited both mastery and intuition. His calling: to turn the rarest fibers into garments that not only embrace the body but also touch the soul.
Every Lamano creation begins as a dialogue with the material. Vintage Coppo machines, guided by patient hands, respect the natural rhythm of making. Washed in the mineral-rich waters of Lake Trasimeno, the fibers bloom, revealing a discreet, enduring luxury.
In 2025, together with Cosimo Campana and Swiss entrepreneur Beat Imwinkelried, Christian founded Lamano Artisans – a contemporary house of silent luxury, where tradition meets tailoring, and true luxury is whispered, not proclaimed.
